للاسف في هذي الايام ابتسم في بعض الوقت وانا أمر بفترة إرهاق شديد

 أواسي الجميع وانا من يحتاج للمواساة.

Unfortunately these days I smile at some time and I am going through a period of extreme fatigue

 I console everyone and I am the one who needs consolation.
