يُعرف مستشفى سرطان الأطفال في مصر أيضًا باسم مستشفى 57357 نسبةً إلى رقم حسابه المصرفي المخصص للتبرعات، وهو مستشفى متخصص في علاج سرطان الأطفال، ويقع في القاهرة. يضم المستشفى 320 سريرًا، ما يجعله أكبر مستشفى متخصص في أورام الأطفال في العالم.

يُعالج المستشفى ما يقارب نصف حالات سرطان الأطفال في مصر، ويضم مرافق ترفيهية ومكتبة وحديقة تبلغ مساحتها 8400 متر مربع.

أعرب ألبرتو كوتو عن إعجابه بالخدمات الطبية المتميزة التي يقدمها المستشفى، وبجودة علاج السرطان العالية التي يوفرها.
ودعا جميع المتبرعين من مختلف أنحاء العالم إلى التبرع للأطفال.
